# Leaderboards

Information for the Leaderboards system

## Additional Information

The leaderboard system tracks users by saving the amount of xp and messages they have sent at the start of every hour, day, and week, then subtracting it from the amount of XP they have now. Levelr uses the UTC timezone to determine the start of days and weeks, with daily leaderboards resettting at midnight UTC and weekly leaderboards resetting on Sunday at midnight UTC. Using the select menu, you can navigate and view the top 100 users on any of the leaderboards using this command, however this may be expanded further in the future.
